Wagner won both of his bouts to lead the 21st-ranked Spartans to a pair of wins at the Claude Sharer Duals on Saturday at Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland. During a 33-10 win over Manchester, Wagner did not give up a point in a 15-0 technical fall victory over Brady Schiffli in 5:00. To finish the day, he pinned Mount Union's Giovanni Duniec in 2:58 during a 37-12 CWRU victory. Wagner, who is ranked fourth in the region at 157 pounds, improved to 20-5 this season with the two wins with four pins and five technical falls. He has a career record of 78-47. The Spartans extended their dual winning streak to nine matches, moving to 10-2 this season with the victories.
