Miller helped lead the 17th-ranked Spartans to a pair of non-conference wins during the final week of the regular season with two scoreless relief outings. Miller did not allow a run in his five innings of work, giving up just two hits and two walks while striking out four batters. He allowed the team to come back for a 10-9 walk-off win against Baldwin Wallace University on Tuesday, striking out two and allowing a hit and a walk in a pair of shutout innings. He earned the first save of his career by closing out an 11-1 win over John Carroll on Sunday, pitching the final three innings and giving up just a hit and a walk while striking out two. Miller stands at 3-1 on the season with a 3.67 earned run average and 29 strikeouts in 27 innings of work with a .227 opponents' batting average. The Spartans ended the regular season with a 27-12-1 overall record.
