Wilkov placed second nationally on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards at the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, last weekend. On Thursday, she finished as the national runner-up in the 1-meter meter dive, scoring 470.75 in the final after a prelims score of 457.60. In her last collegiate event on Saturday, Wilkov ended her career with a second-place finish in the 3-meter dive, scoring 501.65 in the championship after a score of 497.45 in the preliminary round. Wilkov became the second-ever member of the CWRU women's swimming and diving team to record two top two finishes in a career and in a single championship. After earning two All-America First Team honors at the championship, she ended her career with seven All-America honors, including six First Team selections. The seven honors are tied for ninth-most in program history and her six First Team honors are third-most in program history. Wilkov's second-place finish on the 1-meter board marked the best national finish by a Spartan since Lauren Preyss placed second in the 200 Free at the 2007 championships. Wilkov also received the Elite 90 Award for having the highest cumulative grade point average of any student-athlete at the championship. Overall, the CWRU women's swimming and diving team placed 17th in the country with 54.0 points, the program's fifth-best all-time finish.
