The Case Western Reserve University volleyball team will play two matches in Delaware, Ohio on Saturday. The first match is against Allegheny College at 3:00 p.m. and the second is against Ohio Wesleyan University at 5:00 p.m.
This will be the first meeting between the Spartans and the Gators since the 2013 season. The two teams faced each other at the Allegheny Tri-Match in Meadville, Pennsylvania on October 26th. The Spartans won in straight sets, 25-20, 25-16 and 25-23.
CWRU and Ohio Wesleyan will be facing each other for the second consecutive season, as the Battling Bishops won last year's match in four sets, 25-12, 18-25, 25-23 and 25-11.

CWRU Spartans (15-10)
The Spartans are led on the attack by junior outside hitter Karley King, who averages 3.16 kills per set. King also contributes 1.07 digs per set defensively. Junior setter Faith Ellis is averaging a team-high 5.93 assists per match, while sophomore libero Anna Jaskoviak is tallying on average 4.74 digs per game defensively.
Allegheny Gators (5-19)
The Gators are led by sophomore outside hitter Grace Lengauer who averages 2.40 kills per set. Junior middle hitter Alysha Crowther also contributes to the attack with 1.68 kills per set. Freshman Olivia D'Andrea serves as the main setter Allegheny averaging 4.28 assists per set. In the back row, senior libero Rachel Slotterback averages a team-high 4.63 digs per set.
Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops (9-11)
The Battling Bishops are led by freshman outside hitter Paige Hale who averages 3.17 kills per set. Junior outside hitter Jordan Brandt also contributes to the attack with 2.91 kills per set, as well as adding 0.71 digs per set. Sophomore Molly Jewett serves as the main setter for Ohio Wesleyan averaging 9.21 assists per set. In the back row, sophomore defensive specialist Meghan Schwallie averages a team-high 4.18 digs per set.
Junior Karley King currently ranks second among all players in the University Athletic Association with 272 kills…Junior Haley Sims leads the UAA with a 1.34 blocks per set average, while sophomore Katie Kaminski ranks fourth with a .335 hitting percentage…Sophomore Anna Jaskoviak currently ranks third in the UAA in both digs (408) and digs per set (4.74)…The Spartans are averaging 12.78 kills per set, 11.98 assists per set and 2.02 blocks per set this season.
