The Case Western Reserve University volleyball team will travel to Hiram, Ohio to face the Hiram College Terriers on Wednesday, October 25th at 7:30 p.m., before preparing to host the College of Wooster on Wednesday, October 28th at 1:00 p.m. in Horsburgh Gymnasium.
Saturday's match will also serve as the senior day celebration, to recognize the fine accomplishments of the one senior Spartan volleyball player who has given her time and hard work to the program.

CWRU Spartans (16-10)
The Spartans split a pair of matches in Tiffin, Ohio on Saturday, defeating Marietta College 3-2, but falling to Heidelberg University 3-0 in the second match. In the match against Marietta, freshman middle blocker Katie Kaminski led the squad with 15 kills, while freshman outside hitter Anna Jaskoviak collected 13. Sophomore Faith Ellis led the team with 48 assists and five service aces. Defensively, junior libero Karina Bondelid recorded a team-high 17 digs.
For the season, CWRU is led by sophomore outside hitter Brianna Lemon and sophomore middle hitter Haley Sims, who average 3.05 and 2.39 kills per set, respectively. Ellis records 7.73 assists per set for the Spartan offense, while Lemon tallies a team-high 3.22 digs per set for the season.
Hiram Terriers (15-9)
Hiram is currently led by freshman middle blocker Kiara Franks who averages 2.50 kills per set and sophomore right side hitter Summer Schervish who adds 2.32 kills per set. Freshman setter Lindsey Walker leads the Terriers in assists, averaging 6.00 per set. Defensively, freshman defensive specialist Lindsey Stahl picks up 4.53 digs per set.
Wooster Fighting Scots (14-12)
The Fighting Scots are led by senior outside hitter Ksenia Klue who averages 3.14 kills per set as well as 2.79 digs per set. Junior middle hitter Ashley Plassard also contributes to the attack with 1.59 kills per set. Senior Taylor Mathews serves as the main setter for Wooster averaging 7.52 assists per set. In the back row, junior libero Gabrielle Basinski averages a team-high 3.95 digs per game.
Wooster will host Denison University on Wednesday, October 25th, before traveling to Cleveland to face the Spartans in Horsburgh Gymnasium on Saturday.
Sophomore Brianna Lemon currently ranks third among all University Athletic Association players with 278 kills and ranks fifth with 3.05 kills per set…Sophomore Haley Sims ranks fifth in the UAA with a .295 hitting percentage, while sophomore Faith Ellis currently ranks third with 7.73 assists per set…The Spartans are averaging 12.33 kills per set, 11.62 assists per set and 1.39 blocks per set this season.
