CWRU Swimming & Diving Teams Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors

The Case Western Reserve University men's and women's swimming and diving teams have earned the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholastic All-America Team honor.

The awards are in recognition of teams' that achieved a grade point average of 3.0 or higher during the 2019 Fall Semester.

The men's team boasts a grade point average of 3.39. The men have also been successful in the pool, posting an overall record of 5-2.

The women's team earned a grade point average of 3.63, which ranks as the 10th-highest GPA among Division III women's teams. While excelling in the classroom, the women have shown their talent in the pool by posting a 6-2 record in dual meets this season.

The teams are led by Head Coach Doug Milliken, who is in his 10th year. He is assisted by Kristy Kinzer, Morgan Srail and Kennzie Hartmann.

The Spartans are now looking forward to this weekend, as they welcome Baldwin Wallace University to the Veale Natatorium for a dual meet on Saturday, February 1st. Action is slated to start at 1:00 p.m.
