The Case Western Reserve University swimming and diving teams will return to action this weekend when the teams host Notre Dame College at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1st in the Veale Natatorium. Following that dual meet, the Spartans will travel to Berea, Ohio to face Baldwin Wallace University at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 2nd.
Prior to the start of the meet on Friday, the Spartans will honor their graduating class with a special 'Senior Night' ceremony, as the group competes in the final home contest of their careers. The team will recognize three senior men's team members – Keith Erichsen, Vinicius Okada da Silva and Brody Schmidt – and 10 graduating women's squad members – Sydney Anderson, Vera Bostwick, Renee Decker, Alli Drohosky, Kelsey Holmberg, Lauren Homack, Bhavya Kumaran, Suhan Mestha, Alexa Simoneau and Karine Zeidan – prior to the start of the meet.

The Spartan men will enter the meet on Friday with an overall record of 6-2 following their 179-119 win over Ohio Northern University last Saturday. The Spartan women stand at 7-2 for the season after defeating Ohio Northern 243-54 and Hillsdale College 204-90.
The Notre Dame men will enter the meet on Friday with a 5-5 record, following back-to-back losses to Malone University last Friday and Saturday. The Falcon women are 6-7 overall on the season, and are also coming off of two-straight losses to Malone this past weekend. This will be the first meeting between the two schools since the 2013-14 season when both the CWRU men and women each picked up victories over the Falcons.
The Baldwin Wallace men are 4-7 on the season, while the women stand at 7-6. Last season, CWRU picked up a sweep of the Yellow Jackets at the Veale Natatorium in Cleveland, Ohio, with the women winning 243-56, and the men earning a 229-66 victory.
Saturday's meet will be the final dual meet of the season for the Spartans.
