FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The Case Western Reserve University men's and women's swimming and diving teams have earned the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholastic All-America Team honor.
The women's team boasts a grade-point average of 3.44, and while shining in the classroom, have been successful in the pool setting school records in the 100-yard breaststroke and the 200-IM.
The men's team has earned a grade-point average of 3.43. While excelling in the classroom, the men have also shown their talent in the pool breaking nine school records in the 100-freestyle, 500-freestyle, 1,000-freestyle, 400-IM, 200-freestyle, 1650-freestyle, 100-fly, 200-backstroke, and 800-freestyle relay.
The teams are lead by Head Coach Doug Miliken who is in his fifth year. He is assisted by Kristy Miller and Camille Johnson.
The Spartans are now looking ahead to the NCAA Division III national championship which is set for March 18-21 in Shenandoah, Texas.
