The Case Western Reserve University women's soccer team will wrap up a three-game home stand as they host Baldwin Wallace University at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14th at DiSanto Field, before heading on the road to take on Ohio Northern University at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 17th.

The Spartans upended Kenyon College 2-1 on Tuesday night behind sophomore midfielder Melanie Kukura's game winning goal in the 89th minute of play. It was Kukura's first goal of her collegiate career. Senior forward Amy Lindberg scored the first goal of the game for CWRU in the 51st minute of play off of a penalty kick.
The Spartans exploded for three goals to overcome a first half deficit and top Allegheny College 3-1 on Saturday afternoon. Kukura scored her second goal of the season just over three minutes into the second frame to tie the game at 1-1. Lindberg then scored a pair of goals in the 61st minute of play and in the 89th minute of play to give CWRU the win. The Spartans remained unbeaten on the year with the victory, improving to 3-0-1 overall, including a 2-0 mark in home games.
Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets
The Yellow Jackets won their home-opener 2-0 on Tuesday against Oberlin College. BW scored their first goal in the game's 61st minute when junior Alex Elliot received a cross from junior Lauren Haynam. The Yellow Jackets second goal came from junior Courtney Schutz in the 86th minute of play.
BW lost on Friday against Fredonia state 1-0 and tied Oswego State 1-1 in double overtime on Saturday at the Fredonia Blue Devil / Clarion Hotel Classic. The Yellow Jackets have a 3-2-1 overall record.
Ohio Northern Polar Bears
The Polar Bears opened its 2016 home schedule with a 4-0 victory over Mount St. Joseph on Friday evening. Ohio Northern was led offensively by freshman Hannah Martin as she posted her first goal of the season and added an assist for the Polar Bears.
Ohio Northern defeated Transylvania (Ky.) 2-0 on Saturday evening. The Polar Bears were led offensively by junior Hannah Reich and freshman Alyssa Manley as each scored a goal. With the win, Ohio Northern improved to 3-0-0 overall.
The Spartans have totaled 71 shots and 29 shots on goal in its first four games of the 2016 campaign...CWRU has held opponents to averages of just three shots on goal per game, and eight shots per contest.
