The Case Western Reserve University wrestling team will host its last home meet of the 2019-20 campaign, when the Spartans welcome Defiance College and Penn State Behrend to Horsburgh Gymnasium for the 2020 CWRU Duals on Saturday, February 8th.

The Spartans are 4-8 in dual matches this season. Junior 197-pounder Brian Kent and senior 149-pounder Andrew Hoover have totaled the most wins for CWRU this year. Kent (23-10) has recorded nine pins and one technical fall, while Andrew Hoover (20-12) has tallied 10 pins and one technical fall. In addition, first-year 149/157-pounder Mitchell Arch has recorded 19 wins and senior 165-pounder Isaac Collier has totaled 16 wins. Arch (19-12) has collected a team-high 17 pins and Collier (16-12) has gathered eight pins and two technical falls.
The Spartans are under the leadership of fifth-year Head Coach Danny Song. He is assisted by Chas Busz and Tim Scarl.
Defiance Yellow Jackets
Defiance is 1-5 in dual matches this season, after placing 28th at the 2020 Pete Willson Invitational on Saturday. The team will face Adrian College on Thursday before traveling to Cleveland on Saturday for the CWRU Duals. The Yellow Jackets are coached by Antonio Guerra, who is in his second season with the squad. He is assisted by Damon Sims.
Penn St.-Behrend Lions
Behrend is 0-12 in dual matches this season. Included in the teams is a 0-4 mark in road matches during the campaign. Penn St.-Behrend will host the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford on Wednesday, before traveling to Cleveland on Saturday. The Lions are led by second-year head coach Bobby Patnesky.
