In his first-ever collegiate bout, Forrest pinned Nathan Scott in 2:26 to give the Spartans the dramatic dual victory.
Junior 197-pound wrestler Brian Kent has led the Spartans this season with 16 wins (16-7 overall), including nine pins. Senior Andrew Hoover has added 13 wins (13-8 overall) with eight pins in the 149-pound weight class, while first-year Mitchell Arch has also tallied 13 wins (13-9 overall) with a team-best 12 pins competing at the 149 and 157-pound weight classes.
