Spartan Wrestlers Host BW on Wednesday Night; Watch Live

CLEVELAND – The Case Western Reserve University wrestling team competes at home for the last time until mid-February when it hosts cross-town rival Baldwin Wallace University on Wednesday, November 19 at 7:00 p.m. at Horsburgh Gymnasium.

The Spartans (4-1) suffered their first loss of the season last Tuesday, Nov. 11 against another Greater Cleveland rival, John Carroll University. Freshman Aaran Gessic (Perry, Ohio/Perry) is 5-0 for the season with three pins and a technical fall.

The Yellow Jackets (3-2) last competed at Trine University's (Ind.) Invitational on Saturday, Nov. 15. One day prior, the day picked up a 54-0 dual match victory against Mount Saint Joseph College. Jesse Gunter (6-0) at 125 and Ben LeBrun (5-0) at 184 are the top BW performers this season.
