PITTSFORD, N.Y. – A combined 65 former and current student-athletes from Case Western Reserve University have been named to University Athletic Association 25th Anniversary Teams in their respective sports.
PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Eighty-one Case Western Reserve University student-athletes spanning seven athletic teams were named to the 2012-13 University Athletic Association Winter All-Academic team. Within the UAA, All-Academic Recognition is awarded to student-athletes who have completed at least one full year of college study and who carry a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.300.
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Led by first-year Head Coach Mark Hawald, the Case Western Reserve University Spartans have earned the Division III Wrestling Coaches’ Association Scholar Team Award with a grade point average of 3.25 for the 2012-13 season.

CLEVELAND - The Spartan Club, in conjunction with Case Western Reserve University Athletics, has announced its Hall of Fame induction class of 2013. Six former student-athletes will join the 324 members previously enshrined since the club's inception in 1975. A former National Coach of the Year, Hawald spent the last five seasons as head coach at the University of Mount Union, where he built one of the top Division III programs in the nation.
