Spartan Wrestlers Fall at Rival John Carroll

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – The Case Western Reserve University wrestling team lost to local-rival John Carroll University, 47-3, on Wednesday evening at the DeCarlo Varsity Center.

The Spartans (0-2) get back into tournament action this Saturday, November 19 at the Concordia University (Wisc.) Open at 9:00 a.m. (CDT).

Senior heavyweight and captain Cale Harter (Mount Pleasant, Mich./Mount Pleasant) picked up the lone points for the Spartans with a 3-2 decision.

The Blue Streaks improve to 1-0 in their home-opener.
