As part of our 'Spartan Stories,' each Thursday, we'll be taking a look at some of the top moments for each CWRU team during the 2019-20 year. This week, we're going back to January for the women's basketball team's win over Washington University (Mo.).

The Spartans trailed by as many as 14 points in the second half of the game, but battled back to force a back-and-forth contest in the closing minutes. First-year guard McKenna Gross converted a pair of traditional three-point plays in the final minute of the game, putting the Spartans on top for good and giving the team its second win over the Bears in program history.
