Kenyon will be opening its 2019-20 season against the Spartans on Tuesday.  The team is coming off a 17-9 overall record last year, including an 8-4 ledger in home contests.  The Ladies will be returning two key players from last year's team in senior guard Paige Matijasich (15.5 points and 7.9 rebounds per game) and junior guard Ellie Schaub (7.4 points per game).

The Spartans have an all-time record of 23-29 against Kenyon, but have suffered setbacks in each of the last two meetings with the Ladies.  Last year, CWRU dropped a 74-62 decision to Kenyon on the road.  Sophomore guard Alyssa Hyland came off the bench to score eight points in the game, and Lawrence finished the contest with six points and seven rebounds.
