The football coach with the highest winning percentage in CIT history, “Little Joe” Wentworth boasted a 34-5-1 record in his five seasons. His expert coaching tactics culminated in 1905 when Case went 9-1-1 with one of the all-time great teams in school history. Overall, Wentworth won four Ohio championships and outscored Western Reserve, 132-0, during that span.
