Reynolds Selected as UAA Hitter of the Week for Softball

Case Western Reserve University junior catcher Dusstyn Reynolds was named the University Athletic Association Hitter of the Week, after helping the Spartans post a 5-3 record during their spring break trip to Florida this past week.

In the Spartans' losses to Nebraska Wesleyan and Wisconsin Lutheran on Thursday, Reynolds went a combined seven-for-nine at the plate, including a perfect four-for-four performance against Nebraska Wesleyan.

For the season, Reynolds leads the team with a .525 batting average (21-for-40), and has totaled eight RBI's, seven runs scored and three doubles. Case Western Reserve finished the shortened 2020 campaign with a 6-4 overall record.
