ASHLAND, Ohio – As a make-up for this past Tuesday's postponed doubleheader, the Case Western Reserve University softball team will now play Westminster College (Pa.) in a neutral site twinbill on Thursday, March 28 at Brookside Park in Ashland.
The games were originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 26 in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
Brookside Park is a city-maintained facility and contains a fastpitch diamond located at:
201 Parkside Dr.
Ashland, OH 44805
The games will be played at the main diamond beginning at 3:30 p.m.
The Spartans (7-8) have not played since March 16 in Florida with four-straight doubleheader dates postponed due to inclement weather. With improved weather in the forecast, the team is expected to follow Thursday's DH with another road trip this Saturday, March 30 at 1:00 p.m. versus No. 5 nationally-ranked Trine University in Angola, Indiana.
