The Case Western Reserve University men's tennis team was well-represented in the first Intercollegiate Tennis Association Individual NCAA Division III National and Regional Rankings of the 2019-20 campaign.

Junior Matthew Chen and first-year James Hopper will enter the spring as the top-ranked doubles pairing in Division III, after winning the ITA Cup Division III Doubles Championship in October.  In the national singles rankings, Hopper is fifth, and Chen is 22nd nationally.

Hopper is also the top-ranked singles player in the Central Region, while Chen was fifth in the first regional singles ranking.  In the Central Region doubles rankings, Chen and Hopper were ranked first, while junior Jonathan Powell and senior Zach Hennessey were ranked seventh.

Case Western Reserve is scheduled to open its 2019 spring season on Friday, February 7th against Northwestern Ohio.
