2014-15: All-America Honorable Mention in the 800-yard freestyle relay, finishing 15th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 6:45.37… also finished 17th in the 400-yard medley relay (3:28.46), 22nd in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:06.23) and 21st in the 200-yard freestyle (1:24.89)…Set a school record as the anchor leg on the 800 Free Relay (6:45.22)…CSCAA Scholar All-America…All-UAA in the 800 Free Relay with a second-place finish (6:45.22)…earned Academic All-UAA recognition.

2013-14: Earned third varsity letter…All-UAA on three separate relay teams...earned CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention status for the third time and UAA All-Academic honors for the second time…broke school record in the 100 free with a time of 46.15 during UAA Championship prelims on February 15…also swam a leg on record-breaking 400 free relay (3:04.59), 800 free relay (6:47.19) and 400 medley relay (3:22.88) teams during UAA Championship action…swam an individual team and career-best  in the 50 free (21.03). 

2012-13: Earned second varsity letter…named UAA All-Academic as well as CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention…swam a leg for two school record-breaking relays in the 400 medley (3:25.500) and 200 free (1:22.83) events at the UAA Championship in mid-February…posted team-best time in the 100 fly (51.03)…recorded career bests throughout the season in the 500 free (4:50.05), 50 back (25.22) and 200 fly (1:54.15).  

2011-12: Earned first varsity letter as a freshman and was a part of four school-record breaking performances…tabbed CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention...set then individual school record in the 200 free with a time of 1:42.10 at the Midwest Invitational on February 25…also a member of school-record setting teams that posted NCAA “B” cuts in both the 200 free relay (1:24.68) and 800 free relay (6:49.88) at the Midwest Invitational on February 24-25…earned All-UAA honors as a member of the third-place 200 free relay team at the UAA Championship on February 16…swam a leg for the then school-record setting 400 free relay that finished in 3:06.41 at the UAA Championship on February 18…swam in sixth place in the 100 fly (51.26) and finished seventh in the 50 free (21.64) at the UAA Championship.

Personal: Competed in soccer, track, cross country and swimming at Francis Scott Key High School...named to Maryland All-Star Team in 2008...vice president of National Honor Society...Maryland Distinguished Scholar...twin brother of fellow Spartan Alex Haufler and son of Michael and Amy Haufler.
