Career: Graduated as a member of two school-record relay teams…set an individual record and swam for an additional record-breaking relay earlier in career…UAA runner-up in the 50 free as a sophomore...four-time CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention…six-time All-UAA performer…three-time UAA All-Academic.

2013-14: Earned fourth varsity letter…named CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention for the fourth year in a row and UAA All-Academic honor for the third season in a row…posted career-best times in 50 back (25.96), 100 back (54.28) and 50 fly (24.08). 

2012-13: Earned third varsity letter…named CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention and UAA All-Academic…swam a leg for three school-record relays in the 200 medley (1:32.98), 200 free (1:22.83) and 400 free (3:04.90) events at the UAA Championship in mid-February…posted team season-best time in the 100 free (46.36).  

2011-12: Earned second varsity letter…named a UAA All-Academic honoree and earned All-UAA honors in four events…also tabbed CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-America...picked up individual All-UAA honors with a second-place finish in the 50 free (21.75) at the UAA Championship on February 16…swam a leg for the school-record 400 free relay team that posted a time of 3:06.41 at the UAA Championship on February 18…also set an individual school record and earned All-UAA honors in the 100 free with a third-place time of 46.35 at the UAA Championship on February 18…earned additional All-UAA honors via third-place finishes with the 200 medley relay (1:34.67) and 200 free relay (1:24.51)…recorded a career-best time and an NCAA "B" cut in the 50 free with a time of 20.90 during the UAA Championship prelims on February 16.

2010-11: Earned first varsity letter as a freshman…recorded team-best times in the 50 free (21.09) and 100 free (46.68) as well as the 50 fly (24.42)…season-best time in the 100 fly (52.17) was second-best on the squad...placed sixth in the UAA in both the 50 and 100 free...member of the third-place 200 and 400 medley relay teams that earned All-UAA honors...earned CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention status.

Personal: Earned three varsity letters at Grove City High School…won four Ohio Capital Conference titles in three seasons and finished as an All-Ohio performer in the 50 and 100 free events as a senior…son of Bob and Brenda Bailey.
