Series History
In a series that dates back to the 1973-74 campaign, the Spartans hold an all-time edge, 24-21 over the Big Red.  Last year, a free throw by David Meurer with 13 seconds remaining proved to be the difference, as Denison topped CWRU 80-79 at Horsburgh Gymnasium.  Eric Black finished the game with a double-double, scoring 18 points and collecting 12 rebounds, while junior guard Colin Zucker added 12 points and Alvarez chipped in with 11 points of his own.
