Taylor Jurczynski joined the Case Western Reserve University Sports Medicine Department as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the Fall of 2017.  Her primary duties include working with the men’s soccer, swimming & diving and baseball teams.

Jurczynski comes to Case Western Reserve from John Carroll University, where she primarily worked with the varsity men’s lacrosse team.  Prior to that, she spent a year at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where she was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Jurczynski is a member of the Great Lakes Athletic Trainers’ Association (GLATA), the Collegiate Organization of Athletic Student Trainers (COAST), the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and the Ohio Athletic Trainers’ Association (OATA).

Jurczynski received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University in May 2016 with a double major in Athletic Training and Pre-Physical Therapy, and a minor in Biology, while also competing for the Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field teams.  While at Baldwin Wallace, she participated in a clinical rotation with rehabilitation and sports therapy at the Fairview Gemini Center, and as an athletic training student at Strongsville High School.

She earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana Wesleyan University in August of 2017.
