Alex AbouAbdallah joined the Case Western Reserve University Sports Medicine Department as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the Summer of 2018. Her primary duties include working with the women’s soccer, wrestling and men's and women's tennis teams.
AbouAbdallah comes to Case Western Reserve from Penn State University, where she primarily worked with the football, men's and women's fencing (varsity) and cheer and dance teams. Prior to that, she spent a year at Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, where she was a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer.
AbouAbdallah is a member the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).
AbouAbdallah received her Bachelor of Education and Human Development degree from Bowling Green State University University in May 2016 with a major in Athletic Training, while also interning for the Toledo Walleye during the spring semester of her senior year. While at Bowling Green, she worked with the women's soccer, baseball, women's basketball, men's ice hockey, women's tennis and football teams.
She earned her Master of Science in Sport Science from Lock Haven University in July of 2017.
