Katie Best rejoined the Case Western Reserve University volleyball program as an assistant coach prior to the start of the 2016 season.
Best returns to her alma mater, where she was a standout libero for the program, earning three all-confernce honors. She finished her career eighth in school history with 1,495 career digs. Best led the team with 561 digs and 4.92 digs per set during her senior season. Best also played a major role on the team that advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2015.
Best, a native of Wexford, Pennsylvania, graduated from Case Western Reserve with a degree in Biochemistry. She is currently working on receiving her Masters Degree in Nutrition from CWRU.
