Membership
The Spartan Club is comprised of Case Institute of Technology (CIT), Western Reserve University (WRU) and Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) alumni, parents of current students, faculty and staff, and friends of the University. The common bond that draws this unique organization together is athletics at Case Western Reserve University - past and present. Membership to the club is available to past letterwinners. Hall of Fame Class of 2012
The Spartan Club, in conjunction with Case Western Reserve University Athletics, inducted six former student-athletes at the annual Spartan Club banquet on Friday, April 27.
This year’s class included five Case Western Reserve inductees and one Heritage selection.
The five CWRU inductees include: Brian Casselberry ´95 (cross country/track), Scott Feskanich ´98 (baseball), Guy Genin ´90, G ´91 (swimming), Becky Palmer Murphy ´00 (softball) and Sue Waniewski Lelko ´93 (soccer).
Charles “Chuck” Wiedman, a 1954 graduate of Western Reserve University, was this year’s Heritage selection.
