CWRU Spartans
The Spartans have won four-straight games, all at home, to improve to 14-16 overall for the season, including a 4-0 mark in games at Mather Park.  On Saturday, CWRU swept a doubleheader against the College of Wooster, winning the first game 10-2 in six innings, and the second 4-2.  The team is hitting.313 and averaging 5.3 runs per game, while the pitching staff has a 3.68 ERA with a .287 opponents' batting average.

The Spartans are under the leadership of Head Coach Josie Henry, who is now in her sixth season with the team, and has a career record of 140-95, good for a .596 winning percentage.  Henry is assisted by Ashley Parello, Molly O'Brien and Natalie DeMatteis.

Fredonia State Blue Devils
The Blue Devils are 4-8 on the year, and have not played since March 24th, due to poor weather conditions in Fredonia over the last two weeks.  The team is hitting .269 this season and scoring 4.3 runs per game, while the pitching staff has 5.43 earned run average with a .323 opponents' batting average.

Fredonia is under the leadership of head coach Tony Circcarello, who has a 26-44 record during his three years with the team, and a 315-258 overall record during his 16-year career as a head coach.  He is assisted by Bob Katta, Lauren Larson and Anne Wasik.
