WESTLAKE, Ohio -- A five-match win-streak came to an end on Sunday afternoon as the No. 17 nationally-ranked Case Western Reserve University men's tennis team fell by a score of 6-1 to Division I Cleveland State University at Paramount Tennis Club.
The Spartans (7-5 overall) are now idle until a spring break road swing at West Virginia Wesleyan University on Wednesday, March 14.
Sophomore John Healey (Columbia, Md./Atholton) scored Case's lone point versus the Vikings with a 6-1, 6-0 victory versus Jay Jones at No. 6 singles.
Following their match at WVWU on March 14, the Spartans head further south for three matches in two days (March 16-17) in Virginia.
