2011-12: Earned second varsity letter…named a UAA All-Academic honoree and earned All-UAA honors in four events…also tabbed CSCAA Honorable Mention Scholar All-American...picked up individual All-UAA honors with a second-place finish in the 50 free (21.75) at the UAA Championship on February 16…swam a leg for the school-record 400 free relay team that posted a time of 3:06.41 at the UAA Championship on February 18…also set an individual school record and earned All-UAA honors in the 100 free with a third-place time of 46.35 at the UAA Championship on February 18…earned additional All-UAA honors via third-place finishes with the 200 medley relay (1:34.67) and 200 free relay (1:24.51) at the UAA Championship…was a double-winner in the 50 free (21.75) and 100 free (48.46) in a dual meet at Ohio Northern on January 28…also won the 100 free (48.45) and 50 free (21.58) at the Veale Classic Dual Championship on November 12…recorded a career-best time and an NCAA "B-Cut" in the 50 free with a time of 20.90 during the UAA Championship prelims on February 16...also swam career-best times in the 100 free (46.35) and 100 fly (52.05).
2010-11: Earned first varsity letter as a freshman…recorded team-best times in the 50 free (21.09) and 100 free (46.68) as well as the 50 fly (24.42)…season-best time in the 100 fly (52.17) was second-best on the squad...placed sixth in the UAA in both the 50 and 100 free...member of the third-place 200 and 400 medley relay teams that earned All-UAA honors...earned UAA All-Academic and CSCAA Scholar All-America Honorable Mention status.
Personal: Earned three varsity letters at Grove City High School…won four Ohio Capital Conference titles in three seasons and finished as an All-Ohio performer in the 50 and 100 free events as a senior…son of Bob and Brenda Bailey.
