Recreation Facility Cards
Recreation Facility Cards are available to the noneligible recreation facility users. Membership is valid for the Veale Convocation, Recreation and Athletic complex. Case Recreation Facility Cards are not permitted to purchase guest passes or bring guests into the facilities. All Recreation facility cards include the $25.00 Case Access Services ID card fee. Membership is valid from July 1 to June 30 of the following year. Case faculty, staff or students may obtain a recreation facility cards for their spouse or dependents 18 years of age and older still residing in their home. Locker and towel service may be purchased at an additional charge.

Institutions, Case Community Card holders and other campus groups
based on Facility Manager approval.
Recreation Facility Guest Passes
Case Faculty, staff, students or alumni may purchase Guest Passes for one day for $5.00 by presenting a current faculty, staff or student ID. The guest must enter the building with the ID holder and remain with him/her at all times. The Case host is responsible for his/her guest at all times. Recreation facility pass holders from GROUP C OR D are not permitted to purchase one-day guest passes.
Guest passes may be purchased at the Issue Room located on the lower level of Emerson. Both the ID holder and the guest must be present in order for the transaction to occur. There is no limit to the number of guest passes a Case host may purchase in a year, though a host is only allowed to bring one guest at a time. The guest pass is good for only one visit per day.
Children
Children 17 years and younger are allowed to use the Veale Center on Saturday mornings (September-April) between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and during the summer months on Fridays between the hours of 4 and 6 p.m. Guest passes are not required for these children during these time periods. The parent or guardian must accompany the child at all times (one (1) adult per child).
Parents or guardians wishing to utilize recreational facilities with their dependents at times other than those stated above must purchase a guest pass. The parent or guardian must still accompany the child at all times (one (1) adult per child).
Children under 18 are not permitted to use the cardio room equipment or weight room and any equipment housed in the weight room. Children 16 and under are not permitted to use the Rock Wall and those under 18 are required to have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
